Smoked Tri Tip Roast

Tri tip is one of my very favorite cuts of beef. It’s perfectly sized for a family dinner, and not overwhelming to cook in both size and effort. it only needs minimal seasoning and a couple hours on the smoker- and there’s no complicated steps like spritzing with liquid or brushing with sauce. Simply leave it on for a couple hours and then give it a quick sear and it’s the most perfect no-fuss summer meal that’s sure to impress! An entire head of garlic goes into the marinade for these Grilled Garlic Sirloin Skewers. After grilling to tender perfection, they get brushed with warm garlic butter before serving, creating the steak of every garlic-lover’s dreams! Sirloin makes a top choice for this recipe, but if budget allows they’re fantastic with filet or ribeye as well.

Huli Huli Chicken is a Hawaiian-inspired BBQ Chicken. It’s sweet and savory and smoky and ABSOLUTELY delicious. Kids can even help whip the marinade and it’s something my family all loves. For a great meal with Hawaiian vibes, we love to serve it with a classic island combo of white rice and macaroni salad! It’s also great in any type of grain bowl, with your favorite roasted vegetable, and leftovers are just as great (hot or cold!)
